Weapon Stand Week 7: Lighting 2nd Pass, Post Process edits and Lightmaps

2nd pass on lighting has been completed and I've fixed some lightmap issues from some of the assets. I updated the lighting based on some concept from Metro 2033's tunnels and subway stations, more colors on the lights and more edits on the fog effects of the lights.
